Shelby Stanga became famous as a star of "Ax Men," an American documentary reality television series that aired on the History Channel. He also had a spinoff show called "The Legend of Shelby the Swamp Man." The latter show aired 10 episodes and two specials over two seasons between 2013 and 2015. In 2008, he guest starred on an episode of "Man Vs. Wild."
